[He. Stops reading to watch Ariel. It's been difficult to be around him, when so much of his life before this was centered around being afraid of who Ariel keeps slipping into. But more than fear of Ariel, he finds himself scared for him. He should have wiped away that personality, so how is it possible it's surfacing now? How is it that the new personality can't contain it? He wants the brother he has in this lifetime, not the one he effectively "killed" but he doesn't have the faintest idea how to keep Ariel remotely sane, especially when Ariel won't speak to or look at him.]

[He hasn't tried to force him to, but in a space this confined it's impossible to let Ariel avoid him.]
